The DDUCACM Student Chapter is an official student body incepted in 2013 under the aegis of Department of Computer Science, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College. We are a group of dedicated CS students who are working towards promoting the knowledge of Computer Science to CS as well as non-CS students with the aim of improving general as well as specialized scientific interests. The chapter aims at uniting the computing fraternity at DDUC under one tag and allowing the students to learn together and share their knowledge to cater the interests of the individuals as well as the Institute as a whole. The chapter organizes a number of events including programming contests, talks by renowned speakers, workshops etc. which give the students an exposure to the competitive computing world as well as allow them to understand the advancements going on in the computing sphere worldwide.
DDUCACM Student Chapter was started up in the year 2013 by Dr. Rajni Bala. Since then DDUCACM Student Chapter have carried on the legacy of ACM International.
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College is the first college to start an ACM Student Chapter in the University of Delhi.
The chapter started with 20 members & the count has now reached to 150. The chapter has organized more than two dozen activities in its short span.
Our mission is to foster and celebrate innovation in Computer Technology and Interactive Coding Techniques. The organization promotes its vision by bringing students together through innovative events and workshops, inspiring them to redefine the coding skills, computer knowledge.
